I – Your Order
a) It is the customer’s responsibility to check whether the item(s) they have selected are the appropriate dimensions for the space where they are to be placed and whether access to the destination allows their delivery.
b) Decorative accessories and accessories, namely lamps and flowers, present in the environments and shown in the images on the website are not included in the price, except when expressly indicated.
c) The colour tones of the item(s) in the images shown may appear different from reality as a result of factors such as the lighting at the time the image was taken and the particular characteristics of the materials, as well as other factors external to J&J Home itself, such as, for example, the characteristics of your computer equipment.
d) The information provided by J&J Home regarding the essential characteristics of the item(s) is prepared taking into account the technical descriptions shared by its suppliers and the photographs illustrating the products sold, in strict compliance with the best market standards.
e) In order to place an order on the website www.jnjhome.pt, the Customer must register and provide the requested information as completely and accurately as possible.
II – Processing of the Order and the Purchase Order
a) The Customer will receive an email with the formalization of the order placed on the website www.jnjhome.pt and, after payment, will be informed of the expected date for receipt of the order. In the email from J&J Home (geral@jjhomecollection.com) with the details of the desired item(s), with a summary, as detailed as possible, of their characteristics, the total value of the item(s), including taxes and fees, additional transport, assembly, delivery, postage and other associated costs, in particular, those for return under the terms set out in clause III below in the case of item(s) which, due to their nature, cannot be returned normally by regular mail, as well as the form or method of payment, the expected date of delivery and its modality and other information that may be relevant and necessary.
b) The order placed on the website www.jnjhome.pt will be converted into an order and this will be processed only after the effective payment of the total price, indicated in the email received by the customer. c) It is considered, for all due and legal purposes, that the date agreed and accepted by the parties, as the date foreseen for the fulfilment of the order, is the date stated in the email referred to in a).
III – Right to Free Termination of the Contract
a) Purchases made exclusively through our website www.jnjhome.pt are subject to the legal regime set out in Decree Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February, meaning that the customer has the right to freely terminate the purchase and sale contract entered into with J&J Home up to the 14th calendar day following the day on which the purchase is made or a third party indicated by the customer, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the item(s). In the event that the customer has ordered several items in a single order and the items are delivered separately, the period begins to run on the day following the day on which the purchase is made or a third party indicated by the customer, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last item and, in the case of a contract relating to the delivery of an item consisting of several lots or parts, the period begins to run on the day following the day on which the purchase is made or a third party indicated by the customer, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last lot or part.
b) To exercise the aforementioned right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate their decision to J&J Home, within the aforementioned period and in a clear and unequivocal manner, which may be done by letter to J&J Home, Rua Dr. Raul Faria Moreira Ramalhão 48 RC 4470-645 Moreira Maia, by telephone number 910155300 or by email geral@jjhomecollection.com, and using the latter method, the customer will receive confirmation, within a maximum period of 24 hours, of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal.
c) The customer must, within a maximum period of 14 days after communicating their decision to withdraw from the contract, return the item(s) to J&J Home, and the costs of returning the item(s), as a result of exercising the right of withdrawal, are always the responsibility of the customer and to be borne by the customer. d) In turn and within the same period indicated in the previous paragraph, J&J Home will reimburse the customer for the amount paid for the item(s) including delivery costs, with the exception of additional costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a shipping method other than the least expensive standard shipping method offered by J&J Home, which will be carried out using the same payment method that was used in the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed and
expressly stated otherwise, and in any case the customer will not incur any costs as a consequence of such reimbursement, but J&J Home reserves the right to withhold the reimbursement until the item(s) are received or until the customer presents proof of the return of the item(s).
e) The customer must keep the item(s) in such a way that they can be returned in new condition and in proper conditions of use, and must take care to inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item(s), so that it does not exceed what is normally accepted in any commercial establishment, and must be accompanied by all the components of the original packaging, which must not be damaged, under penalty of being held liable for the depreciation of the item.
f) The aforementioned right of the customer to freely terminate the contract does not apply to item(s) manufactured according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized, to item(s) that, by their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate and to item(s) that, after delivery and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.
IV – Price
a) The sale prices indicated in the email confirming the order are valid between the date of payment of the order and the date of actual delivery, regardless of possible positive or negative variations in the Sale Prices and campaigns carried out for the same items, in that same period of time.
b) The retail prices indicated on www.jjhomecollection.com and its subdomains are shown in euros. VAT is included in all prices mentioned.
c) The shipping service costs may be borne by the User and buyer, and are added to the total value of the selected products. The User will be informed of these charges before confirming their order and completing the purchase process. J&J Home reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, J&J Home undertakes to apply the rates and prices indicated at the time the purchase order was placed.
d) In the event of a computer, manual, technical error, or any other cause, which causes a substantial change not foreseen by J&J Home in the retail price, such that it becomes exorbitant or manifestly ridiculous, the purchase order will be considered invalid and cancelled.
V – Date of availability of items
a) The estimated delivery date of the item(s) is that indicated in the email sent after proof of payment of the order. b) When the items are available for delivery, the customer will be contacted by J&J Home services

VII – Warranty
a) The items sold by JNJ Home benefit from a 3-year warranty for the end consumer and a 6-month warranty for professional use, starting from the date of purchase and/or delivery, when this is different.
If you notice any anomaly in the item during the warranty period, you must inform us using one of the available contacts.
J&J Home may, if deemed necessary, carry out a prior assessment, with a technician visiting the place where the product was delivered and/or assembled. In this case, the customer must be available to receive the product on a date to be scheduled in accordance with the availability of our services.
VIII – Returns and Exchanges of Items
a) In the first 15 days after purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for other items from our catalogue, presenting the purchase documents and as long as the item has not been assembled or used and is properly packaged in its original packaging. The amount will be credited to your customer account. In this situation, and if applicable, the costs associated with transport will always be the customer’s responsibility.
b) Exchanges of display or decorative items, items with damaged packaging, as well as custom-made, personalized items or items with alterations at the customer’s request, will not be accepted.

Exchange and return policy
We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 15 days of your purchase. If 15 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
